We expect all units within Midsona to comply with applicable legislation and agreements, as well as the Group's principles, valuations and governing documents.

  • Midsona supports and works in accordance with international conventions regarding human rights and it is important for us to ensure that we do not in any way violate any human rights.
  • We will identify, approve and follow up our suppliers in accordance with Midsona's Supplier Code of Conduct regarding their willingness and capacity to respect human rights.
  • We refrain from any form of violation or discrimination, for example in terms of gender, ethnic origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, experience, lifestyle, education, values or family situation. We shall be an inclusive, responsible and fair company.

Supplier Code of Conduct specifies the minimum requirements Midsona AB and its subsidiaries impose on our suppliers and their subcontractors in order to ensure responsible and respectful conduct.


Since 2011, Midsona supports the UN Global Compact Initiative. We present our work and progress through a yearly Communication on Progress, published on the UN Global Compact website.
